The Synercon Group are pleased to announce the appointment of the Genuine Group Ltd as a United Kingdom and European reseller for a.k.a.® software.
Since first release in 2002, a.k.a.® software has rapidly achieved market leadership as the records manager’s tool of trade for developing records classification schemes and retention schedules. a.k.a.® is now used by over 350 organisations in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia and the United States.
Synercon’s Managing Partner, Eddy Wilkinson, stated “the a.k.a.® web site receives dozens of enquires from records managers in the UK and across Europe. The partnership with the Genuine Group enables us to provide a more comprehensive service to our UK and European clients including training and support services.”
Under the terms of the agreement, the Genuine Group will offer sales and support services including product presentations and training for a.k.a.® software. The Genuine Group who develop and maintain the Information and Records Management Society’s Local Government Classification Retention Scheme (LGCRS) will now be able to offer the LGCRS loaded in a.k.a.®.
Genuine Group’s Managing Director, Alison North stated “the partnership with Synercon will greatly benefit the development of both the REGAL and LGCRS retention databases, and will provide an affordable and efficient option, using a.k.a.® for implementation of our client’s retention policies and procedures.”
